Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MP Labs Group ("MP Labs Group", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and with MPlabs Analytics, our internal reporting application that uses Google APIs.
1. About MPlabs Analytics
MPlabs Analytics is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public. It is used only with MP Labs Group's own YouTube channels, and access is authorized only by MP Labs Group's own channel owner.
2. Information we access
When MP Labs Group's channel owner authorizes MPlabs Analytics through Google's sign-in, the application requests the following read-only Google scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly— to read basic information about our own channels and videos (for example titles, publish dates and public statistics).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly— to read YouTube Analytics reports for our own channels (for example views, watch time, audience retention and traffic sources).
Both scopes are read-only. MPlabs Analytics cannot upload, edit or delete videos, change channel settings, post comments or take any other action on a YouTube account.
3. How we use the information
We use this data only to read analytics for MP Labs Group's own YouTube channels and to produce internal performance reports that help us improve our content. We do not use it for any other purpose.
4. Storage and security
Authorization tokens and the analytics data retrieved are stored privately on a computer controlled by MP Labs Group. Access is limited to MP Labs Group and the tools it operates for this internal reporting.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share data obtained through Google APIs with third parties. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to data brokers or other information resellers.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep analytics data only as long as it is useful for internal reporting. You may request deletion at any time by emailing studio@mplabsgroup.com, and we will delete the stored tokens and data obtained through Google APIs.
7. Revoking access
Access granted to MPlabs Analytics can be revoked at any time from the third-party access page in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Once access is revoked, the application can no longer retrieve any data.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
MPlabs Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MPlabs Analytics uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
9. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP addresses) as needed to deliver and secure the site.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
